Humans are the most important resource
in any business. The BizOS® Human Resources feature
gives you the tools you need to effectively recruit
your new employees, but more importantly, it allows
you to keep track of their needs as they help your
business thrive. BizOS® provides a rich repository
of information about your employees. Such information
includes: basic vitals, employee Skill-Set & skill
levels, Performance history, Job History, resume and
other document attachments, and much more.
Every business needs to keep track of
hundreds of little details that have no place usually
in the official corporate Data Systems. Thus, managers
resort to keeping all that data in large filing cabinets
then they try to describe such data in spreadsheets
and on-line other documents. This inevitably leads
to lost assets and underused or overbooked facilities.
BizOS® Asset & Facilities Management is built into
the software from day one, recognizing the need to
keep track of data such as on: Equipment, Furniture,
Consumable Office Supplies, Vehicles, Rental contracts,
cubicle space, building space, and much more.
The BizOS®
Document Repository is a highly secure and very well
organized store for your organization’s documents. Access
to those documents can be restricted to one specific
individual, a group or the internally open to the whole
organization. So now if you need to know where the corporate
bylaws are, or if you need to locate the lease contract
on a piece of expensive equipment, or a copy of the
employee handbook and benefits plan, you simply check
the BizOS® document
repository.
Internal communications is one of the
most important issues facing growing businesses. The
BizOS® Internal Communications feature consists of
Secure Business Messaging and Secure Document Delivery.
The secure business messaging allows any two members
of your organization to quickly send messages to each
other, so does the secure document delivery. Thus,
removing the reliance on email and the need to wade
through hundreds of junk emails before you can find
the important message or document your colleague next
door just sent you. A message can also be sent to
a group or to the whole organization. These BizOS®
features depend on the administrator settings for
privileges and permissions as to who can send to whom.
